Just a little history about me and my journey.  I am a wife and mom of 5 daughters. My interest has always been providing the best life possible for my daughters and I could see that 9 to 5 may have provided the income to survive, but I would have absolutely no time to spend with them.

I started my business career in the Beauty Pageant Industry. Yes, that’s right.

In 2001, I was inspired by my daughter’s success in Pageantry in claiming the Queen title to offer other girls and young women that same opportuity for success. I was most inspired by the level of her confidence after that one year reign.

After her Reign as Queen, I had already begun putting in place a Pageant System that focused on a young girls inner beauty and potential for success.  Being a entrepreneur is one of the best feeling of freedom and success a woman can have. I had learned from this experience that success is not about looks, but inner beauty, character, personality and how we feel about ourselves and our accomplishments.

Hello, and Welcome! I am Ann Eure, mother, wife, Career and Life Coach for Women Entrepreneurs around the world who SIMPLY want and desire a “A better life”.  A better life for you, mean a better life for your family. So, you have come to the right place.  We cover it all right here in our step-by-step Class, sharing and learning together.

I am delighted to introduce you to a Class like none other.  A class where we Share ideas and Build friendships along the journey.  There are so many women in careers and have worked all their lives, but never made it from the first level.  It is not that they didn’t work hard, or tried everything to make it work, but it was because they didn’t understand that the journey must include building relationships with others on that same journey and passing those skills down to others.

We will look at ways to take the hard work off you, to allowing the work to done for you. Let’s face it ladies, we sometimes get burned out. I bet some of you are feeling burned out right now.  Well, welcome to the Red Jacket Academy.

How do I know this?  It is because that was me most of my life.  When I finally decided that if work was not fun and self-gratifying, I was just not going to do it.  I then joined a course teaching how to find my passion. Your passion is what you enjoy doing.  It is what drives you everyday. You may say, that it is what you were born to do. 

The first month in the course, I had to write my own “Mission Statement”. Can you imagine that.  All those years, and I did not even know what my mission was. This was interesting because if you don’t know what your mission is, if you don’t know what drives you, then most of the time, we will not know where we are going.  We just go with the flo. But, when we can define our mission, we are well on our way, and it is then when we can get on the right road to success.

I am happy to share with you today, that I can get you there.  Money should not be our driving force for why we do what we do. I will teach you how to find your passion and set you on the right course to your success.

I have not had an opportunity to get to know you personally, or where you may be on your Journey of starting your very own Business career doing what you absolutely love.  You may be brand new to the idea or have been working your Career for some time now. It really doesn’t matter, all that matters is that you are here right now.

You may have just signed up for this course and are super anxious to get started. I could not be more excited for you.
